The advisory issue time is when NHC published the forecast. “Feed checked” is when this site requested it. A refresh does not mean that NHC has issued a new advisory.

Nolo has been tracked in the Pacific. For Hawaii and other U.S. Pacific locations, read NHC / CPHC products and local National Weather Service notices.
What happens after the final advisory?
The live figures disappear once the storm is absent from the current feed. The official archive remains useful for historical advisories and track changes; it should not be read as a current warning.
